AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP DUES PAYMENT

How many new members would join your chamber and Chambers Plan if we took away the barrier of one large lump sum up front?

1. FILL OUT THE AUTHORIZATION FORM

The Chambers Plan can collect membership dues on your behalf. You simply authorize us to offer monthly dues to members who participate in the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan. We collect your dues right on your members’ group insurance billing statements. Simply fill out this authorization form and email it to chamber.relations@johnstongroup.ca.

​We can offer the option to members who are insured now, and to prospects considering the Plan. For those that choose the option, we will bill and collect monthly membership dues via their regular group insurance billings.

2. WE COLLECT AND SEND TO YOU

Once you have completed the authorization form, we can offer the payment option to your current Chambers Plan members and to prospects considering Chambers Plan.

 

For those members who choose the option, we will bill and collect monthly membership dues via their regular group insurance billings. The money collected is sent to you on the 15th of each month, when we send you your regular Chamber Plan administration fees.

 

You pick the levels/categories of membership to best match your existing schedule and we will collect monthly dues, including GST/HST (i.e. $10, $22, etc. Must be in even dollars, no cents). For example, if you normally charge $100 a year plus GST/HST for one category of members, you may want to charge them $10 in monthly dues instead. Note: This is for monthly memberships, cancelable at any time, not prorated annual billings.

 

The monthly membership option is available to your member so long as they remain insured under Chambers Plan.
